In addition JBGR has just completed the construction of 10,000 square feet of additional small store space in the center.  Chipotle, My Cell, Sherwin Williams, Pho Aura Vietnamese Restaurant, and a relocated and expanded Subway will join the expansion of the center this fall.  “The expansion of Subway and the addition of national tenants, Chipotle and Sherwin Williams, are testimonies to the strength of our shopping center and the Centreville area in general,” said John Mitchell.  The spaces have been delivered to the retailers and JBGR is looking forward to their fall openings.
