Mr. Rosenfeld co-manages the acquisition, development, and asset management activities of JBGR.  Previously, he served as President of Rosenfeld Realty Company, a 40-year-old retail development firm, and was Assistant Vice President of JMB Realty.  Rosenfeld holds a B.S. from the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  He is an active member of ICSC and serves on the Council of Advisors for the University of Maryland's Master of Real Estate Development, where he is also an Adjunct Professor.
