CAREER OPPORTUNITIES Assistant Construction Manager The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for the planning and construction of assigned retail and mixed use projects within established investment parameters, budgets, schedules, and quality control standards. Candidate’s duties will include planning, organizing, purchasing/contract administration, cost/schedule monitoring and job documentation for multiple projects in various stages of development. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating with JBGR’s Property Management, Leasing, and Development Groups. The candidate must be capable of performing all project management functions from predevelopment though construction completion and close-out of assigned projects. We are seeking college graduates with a degree in Building Construction, Engineering, Architectural or similar. A minimum of 5 years experience as a Project Manager on similar projects/products, including direct construction/field experience is preferred.
