JBGR INKS FOUR NEW LEASES FOR SULLY STATION SHOPPING CENTER
CHEVY CHASE, MARYLAND - Shopping center leasing, management, and development company JBG Rosenfeld Retail (JBGR) recently lined up new tenants for the newly-expanded Sully Station Shopping Center in Centreville, boosting the 10,000 square-foot expansion area to 100% occupancy. Nationally-recognized brands Chipotle, Sherwin Williams, and My Cell Wireless, as well as a locally owned and operated Vietnamese restaurant, Pho Aura, have committed to a total of 8,600 square feet of space; while current tenant Subway will relocate to a new space approximately 60% larger than its existing storefront. JBGR Vice President John Mitchell represented the landlord in the deals.
Besides adding five new storefronts, the expansion project at Sully Station Shopping Center also is bridging the gap between the Post Office and the existing inline portion of the center, to create a more seamless look. JBGR has other updates and enhancements on tap for Sully Station, as well, including the recent delivery of a pad building for PNC Bank to begin construction this August. Located on Westfields Boulevard, just off Sully Road (Route 28), Sully Station Shopping Center is a 149,000 square-foot community shopping center.
